Sucat Branch: Excellent Post Service Customer Care

I am a regular client of Rapide.  I would just like to commend Mark and Max of your Sucat Branch.  I noticed a rattle sound somewhere in the pedal after I availed of the branch’s services on April 3, 2010.  Mr. Max, Head, agreed to wait for me at 6pm (despite this is the closing time of the branch).

Mr. Mark on the other hand, was just resting outside of the branch before heading home.  When I arrived, he immediately asked me of my concern.  He diagnosed the car’s problem as wobbly connection in the air filter lock.

I am writing because both of them have provided me excellent post service customer care.  More than that Mark was able to diagnose accurately where the sound is emanating.

Truly, they are your company’s asset. Congratulations

  1. Kudos to RAPIDE Sucat. Specially to Mark who was very helpful and does his job competently. He was also very patient in answering my questions…The service is really good I am definitely going back to this place to have my car fix and maintained….
