Online Payment Reminders

  1. This type of reservation applies to all Rapide services and parts.
  2. The chosen schedule will be fully reserved to the customer. A grace period of 15 minutes will also be extended after the booked time as a courtesy. If the customer fails to show up after the time allotted, the next available bay will be given.
  3. Booking cut off time will be at 12:00 pm. Bookings done after that will be relegated to the next day with a notice to the customer. Schedule of bookings with parts will have to be confirmed with the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

  1. To cancel confirmed bookings, an alert (text, call or email) must be sent to the preferred branch at least on the day of the schedule.
  2. Refunds will only be given via Paypal, Bank Transfers and G Cash. Other methods will have to be confirmed if possible.
  3. For cancellations done two days before the confirmed schedule, 100% refunds will be given.
  4. For cancellations done a day before or on the day itself, the 500-peso reservation fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  5. For customers who failed to show up to their appointment, only a 50% refund will be given if an alert (text, call or email) will be sent to the preferred branch a week after the confirmed schedule.
  6. No refunds will be given to customers who fail to alert (text, call or email) the preferred branch after two weeks.
